DESCRIPTION:Lynx Cup is a premier tournament built for competitors who want fun\, fairness\, and clarity from first pool to final.  Event Website \n\n\n\nLongsword (Open)\, split into Divisions 1\, 2\, and 3The Open Longsword field is divided into three separate divisions.The top 8 finishers in each division receive medals.Provisional Division guidelines (HEMA Ratings):Division 1: recommended for fencers rated 1450+ (open rating or mg rating)Division 2: recommended for experienced fencers below 1450 (typically ~1000–1449 open or mg rating)Division 3: recommended for newcomers\, unrated fencers\, or those below 1000When a fencer signs up for Longsword they will be placed into the hold bin.Shortly before the Tournament fencers will be sorted into Division.Guidelines may change before the tournamentMarginalized Gender LongswordOpen to trans and cis women\, trans men\, non-binary\, intersex\, and other gender-expansive people who are often underrepresented in HEMA.Saber\, Messer\, Rapier & DaggerThese will run as standard open tournaments. All skill levels are welcome to participate.
