DESCRIPTION:October North American Cup – Salt Palace Convention Center – 100 S W Temple St\, Salt Lake City\, UT 84101\n\nDiv 1\nJunior\nCadet\nParafencing\n\nPLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY!\n\nAll entries must be received by the posted deadlines no later than August 26th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time in order to register under normal fees. Any registration after this time will be subject to the late fees. \nTo withdraw\, email withdrawals@usafencing.org. Please allow us up to 5-7 business days for us to respond. We will honor the withdrawal from the date the email was sent.  \nRegistration and administration fees are nonrefundable\, and registrants withdrawing from an event will only receive a refund of fifty (50) percent of the Event Registration fees. Those who withdraw after the withdrawal deadline are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.  The withdrawal deadline is September 3rd\, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the tournament. \nShould a fencer fail to appear for any event without sending an email by 5 PM local time of the day before\, the fencer will be subject to a fine of $250 per event that the individual fails to appear for AND suspension of membership privileges\, including participation in all USA Fencing sanctioned tournaments\, until the applicable fine(s) is/are paid.
